That sounds like a great plan! I have been jogging for awhile, but DH and I are going to start 5Ks in the near future. I'll let you know about my routine shortly.

Also, I like to use workout DVDs, I use P90X and insanity DVDs occassionally as well as kettleworx and Sean T's dance/workout videos. I constantly like to switch things up, as I and my muscles get bored easily.

As far as recipes, I have plenty of ww recipes if you want them. They are low fat and low calories, but not necessarily organic, if you are going that route.

Those are all great suggestions I am going to look into this couch to 5K thing. . . jogging always seems to be the one I can keep up with the most. I have always wanted to try one of those P90X DVDs too! A friend of mine just got them so I may ask her if I can borrow it one night before I buy it to see if I would really use it.

Maybe we can all share some of our healthy recipes in the recipe section? I would love to see some ones that you guys use and like! I will try and post mine as I try new ones and make them.

In TTC news: FF shows I finally Od!! Potentially on CD 40 so now I am 3DPO. I was starting to worry that even once we were cleared to TTC again that I had stopped Oing. . . but I think things are looking better now and this is just going to be a weird and very long cycle. Which is okay by me as long as my body gets it together by June!

Does WW still use the point system? I used to have a couple of the books. I had one about regular food and one for restaurants.

I tried to do WW in college, but they found out I actually had an eating disorder and more or less kicked me out of the program. I still have the books, though! They couldn't take those back because I paid for them. *lol*

They sure do use the points, they even have a new program:

http://www.calculatorcat.com/free_ca...lculator.phtml

I was supposed to start this monday... but I made soup and I'm too lazy to sit and work out the calories... not to mention the sodium...

Good luck with your healthy eating and jogging Elle! In 4m you'll be feeling fantastic just in time to get nice and sick with morning sickness

Elle, I hope your fitness journey goes well! I'm a huge advocate of group exercise classes 1) because I teach one and 2) because they motivate me. I'm not very good at just running on a treadmill or evening cycling by myself. I find that I stay much more motivated when I join a group. Have you ever done Zumba? I recommend it and yoga. Both of those classes can vary by instructor, so make sure you try lots to figure out whose style you do like. That's what I found in my experience anyway.

I used to do some group classes at my gym but I haven't been in quit a while. I have always wanted to try Zumba it sounds so fun!!!

I am hoping to try a bunch of these suggestions out over the next month and see what works best for me. When I was telling my plan to DH he said he really wanted to start jogging with me. We used to jog every day before we were married but then we fell out of the routine somehow. So I am hoping to start that up today!!!

I will report back to you guys - maybe that will help keep me accountable. Thanks for all the motivation and suggestions!

Zumba is really fun! I like to dance and it's a safe place to go where you won't look funny if you "shake it". It's better than going to a club because creepers can't come dance with you.

I've never tried Zumba, but one of my friends loves it. She keeps trying to get me to sign up with her.

I'm jealous that you and your DH are jogging buddies. I wish my DH and I could jog together.

Had a pretty good weekend - I have managed to eat pretty healthy but I did not really implement my new exercise routine yet. I did however have a fun bday party on Saturday and cook all day Sunday the foods for my friend And later today I am headed her way to see her and her new baby!!!!

In TTC News: Well my chart has me totally confused. It has said that I Od on CD 40 but now it has moved it to CD45. . . I would be so stressed if I was TTC right now. This is the cycle that will not end. I guess I should be able to tell when I actually Od based on when AF shows up if it ever does! Somehow even when I am not actually TTC this still manages to drive me crazy!

Well considering you body attempted to O 3x make no wonder FF is confused. LOL.

Hopefully this was really ovulation and you'll get AF in about 12 days!

I made it through the visit with my bestie and her new baby!!! With only one really mini breakdown in the privacy of my room (which turned out to be the nursery he hasn't moved into yet) but other than that it went really well!! I really felt like I was able to help out - Taking care of their 3 dogs, helping her get some food for at least 3 meals a day and I was able to give them one night of sleep where I woke up every 2 hours to feed the little one, so they could actually sleep something they haven't done in 3 weeks. They were both starting to get pretty delirious. Her poor DH leaves for work at around 5:30 every morning too! The visit actually left me feeling a little recharged and really good.

In TTC news - my temp has finally stayed up so I am hoping I really did O finally on CD46 and AF should show in the next 10 days or so. . . Thanks for all the support ladies this has been such a long cycle!!
