It's so sweet that you and your DH have worked together and that you enjoy working together. I met my DH at a summer job when I was in grad school and he was in college.

Saturdays are BY FAR my favorite days of the week! Since AF is here, DH & I took the opportunity to have a few drinks last night -- they were much needed. It felt nice to just kick back, watch a ball game and have a few drinks. It was not nice to wake up with a headache.

I had gained 5 lbs this week. I hated it. I would weigh myself every day, and the numbers would rise and rise. Finally today, all 5 lbs were gone -- they must have been water weight from AF.

Cramps stayed for 3.5 days and are gone now. I'm LOVING have a 5 day visit from AF. On the pill they were a good 7 days of heavy/medium bleeding and then a day or so of light/spotting. The last 4 cycles have been 4 bleeding, 1 spotting and then done.

I'm so ready to start BDing and taking OPK's and seeing what this cycle brings!

I weigh myself every day, too. I get really upset if my weight goes up and really excited if it goes down. I hate wondering what my weight is.

I'm sorry that you have AF right now, but I'm glad that you are excited about your next cycle! Hopefully you will get a BFP soon!!

Woohoo for a short cycle! Since coming off of the pill I have noticed that my cycles have been shorter too. Strange but convenient.

Glad you had a relaxing evening. We have to make the most of the joys in our day and kicking back to relax sounds like a good thing.

Yay for the short cycle. I typically bloat a couple lbs as well with AF. Hopefully this cycle will be it for you!

I really love my Post BCP periods... or I did until I started taking baby aspirin. LOL. Now she sticks around FOREVER!!!!

AF water weight is awful. I actually went from one size, to two sizes bigger with her in town this weekend! I always wear dress pants to work, but between Tuesday and Thursday, they stopped being able to button I was so mad.. but I did get to wear my jeans, which I never let myself do.. and realized.. I hate dress pants and I need more jeans

I get awful bloating when AF comes too - around 3-4lbs different from the day before she shows till around 1-2 days after!

Oh and with the weighing, i've found it far less stressful just weighing myself once a week and at around the same time. It gives me a more accurate idea of how i'm doing. Its a habit I picked up from WW

Yay for beer and ball games! That's what DH and I did as well this weekend. Although AF wasn't here for me. She might as well be though. Hopefully you will get your BFP!!

AF's gone! Booze are put away for at least 28 more days. And I haven't gained weight yet this week. I know that I shouldn't weigh myself daily -- I only get heartbroken if I've gained, even though overall, I KNOW I'm losing weight! The thing is... and I KNOW this is mega silly... I track my weight using my wii fit. And it yells at me when I don't weigh every day, and I totally fall to it's little guilt trips.

I don't want to type this next thing, because I feel like if I let it out of my mind, it means it's true... but I guess Brian (DH) already knows, so I might as well let my support network know...

The last two days, my headaches have been back. So badly I don't want to be on the computer, I don't want to do anything. Today, I took an excedrine and it seemed to help, but not completely. I'm so scared that this means that either the meds aren't helping and I'll have to up the dose or worse that I'll have to have another spinal tap.

It's also causing me a ton of stress. Since I've been filling in for the secretary for two days, I haven't had time to get some stuff done that needs to get done. I'm working on some fun lesson plans for my speech kids that I'd like to start on Thursday, but I'm worried I won't be ready by then. I need to finish up this paperwork for a friend's annulment and get it sent in, but I haven't had time to finish nor have I felt like sitting down to do it. Also, today we ended up having an early dismissal from school and so that caused a headache all of its own.

It could be that the headaches are stress related. Tomorrow, I have the day off and am going to visit my baby sister (we're having a surprise 13th birthday party for her!) and so I'll be able to relax. If not, Thursday, I'll call the neurologist's nurse and tell her what's going on.

So, if I'm quiet the rest of the week, just know that I'm reading and sending baby dust and positive thoughts, I'm just being a bit more quiet than usual!

I'm really sorry about the stress-related headaches. They sound miserable. I hope that they go away soon.

I'm glad AF is gone, though!!

I'm so hoping that you are having stress headaches and that you don't need a spinal tap. Of course, if you can't be on the boards we understand. GL this week, hopefully you'll feel great by Thursday and you won't need to see your neurologist!

Thanks for the concern ladies! Last night, I was able to finish all of the annulment questions so now I just need to get my testimony signed by a notary, and mail it off. That will be a HUGE weight off of my shoulders.

DH & I stayed up late last night since we knew we could sleep in a bit! I was able to get a lot of work done on my lesson plans, and I finished up the rest of it this morning. Plus, since we had a snow day today, we'll get to push everything back a day!

So, my stress level is WAY down. I was able to have a nice glass of Silk Mocha Latte this morning. And I didn't have to deal with the stress of trying to be the secretary today!

HEADACHE FREE SO FAR!!! Let's hope this snow day was what my body needed to relax. Also, DH & I did a yoga video this morning. So we'll see...

I hope that the headache was stress related and nothing more. Sounds like a good productive day and a lie-in were what you needed

If you do need time away, no worries - we'll be thinking of you

I'm mixed about what I want as far as the board... I want to stay an active part. Especially since I'm getting into the middle of my cycle. I think I just need to recognize that I can't reply to everything all the time!

I'm so glad I'm getting some of you as FB friends. It brightens my day.

The board is here for support. I promise I won't be upset if you don't comment on every single post that I make.

I'm glad you and your husband had a day to yourselves. It is funny how IMPORTANT those days are. I'm so happy when I get those days with my husband.
