Hello all.Im new to this site and am looking for ways to conceive that are inexpensive.I just moved to a new state and starteda new job and do not yet have insurance to pay for expensive fertility drugs.I was wondering if anyone knew of any old wives tales that may be affective.I've tried everything:lay on back, lay on belly, watch ovulation chart, ovulations prediction tests, and even took Guafenisin to shrink my mucus glands and make the sperm to egg process easier.Pla if anyone knows anything that has worked for them or a friend let me know.I have had 2 miscarriges in my past and feel as if i will never get the babies i long for.I get my hopes up sooo high every month and get let down time after time.Anything helps.Thanx for your time  Until then I'll keep searching for an over the counter remedy to my problem.-Moe-
Welcome! You might get more responses on the main TTC#1 board. I am sorry for your losses and that it is taking you so long to get pg. I have had 3 losses myself and I am currently seeing an RE (reproductive endocrinologist). I think the things you are doing naturally are good. I would keep charting and try BDing every other day of your cycle even when you aren't Oing. As far as OTC rememdies I don't really know of much besides what you are already doing.
I drink green tea to help produce more EWCM but you should only drink it before you O since you aren't supposed to drink it while you are pg. I would really consider going to a Dr though because they may be able to help you once you become pg again. It is possible that your m/c were due to low progesterone...which is one of the most common reasons for m/c besides genetic reasons. Most RE's offer discounts if you do not have insurance that covers treatments. Good luck!
