I took Clomid on days 3-7 of my cycle this month--it was my first time using Clomid. I have had an elevated level of fertility reading on my CBE ovulation computer since day 9. Now I'm on day 20 and having some achiness (like mild cramps) in my lower abdomen. The past three months (prior to taking the Clomid), my cycles were 55, 38 and 38 days. Could this discomfort be a sign of ovulation? I'm supposed to go in to my OB-GYN's office on day 21 for a blood draw to see if I'v ovulated, but I'm thinking of asking if it would be okay to wait until day 23 or 24? I would appreciate any advice anyone has to give!
