Grrr.... can someone please tell me whats going on with my siggies?? They are coming out all like..fuzzy, not sharp. Its getting on my nerves! I figure its got to be something with my save settings, Ive never had this problem with PSE, but im trying out PSP on my laptop until my desktop gets done. Blech, someone help!
To me it doesn't look blurry at all. The picture looks great and the element too. Alex looks pretty clear. The only thing I think is hard to read/see is the due in October part. Maybe darken the colors you use? Sometimes when I look at my siggies for a long time I think they look blurry too.
You're overcompressing them. This one doesn't look bad but it's only a little over 17kb in file size. Siggies are allowed to be as large as 100k un-animated. I would check your Photobucket settings and make sure you're it's not compressing them for you and then make sure you're saving for web at as close to 100% as you can get. There's a tutorial for saving for the web, if you need me to track it down, I can.
Did you resize it? It looks like you made it smaller to me. Whenever I have to make something smaller I up the contrast a bit. For some reason resize it makes it look a bit blurry, but upping the contrast just a bit normally takes care of it for me.
