i took the names as they signed up made the set up list then after 3 weeks the person who received has to set up. since you were the first 3 to set up, you'll be the first 3 receiving next time. (i know it sounds confusing, but it makes sense as i look at my lists )
As long as their was a uniform way of doing it then that is fine with me.
I personally just don't like that I was one of the first to sign up and that I don't even get my turn until after
everyone else has gone, yet I am hosting the challenge this week, ya know ?
But I do understand someone has to be last and will be a big girl about it
