Your other date layers need to turn off with each frame. How do you have your psd file set up - is each frame flattened? (I always use groups instead) You can e-mail me the file if you want and I can take a look - actually let me look at your gif first in ImageReady and see if there's anything there....
Looks like you need to look in your original file and see where your date layers are and turn off the non-matching ones in each frame.

I checked that and resaved the file and even deleted every date and redid them and it's still doing it. Should I flatten each frame? I havn't flattened any of it

I never flatten anything in a PS file - I always throw it in group folders. You can e-mail me your PS file if you want and I'll look at it with a fresh pair of eyes and see if anything pops out at me

I even just merged all the layers for each frame and it still did it. this is so insanely frustrating. I'm two seconds from just taking the dates off!
let me try moving eerything into a separate document and redoing all the frames and if that doesn't work I'll email it to you. What's ur addy?

I e-mailed you back - that was incredibly weird. Your file was spot on - has anyone else ever had a Photoshop file save on the last frame coming up first, as opposed to the first frame?? I'm glad it was something fixable - that's a really cute board siggy!
