Try pulling the one picture so she's holding further towards the end of the E so she's closer to her name if the makes sense. YOu could probably also make the other picture a bit bigger and scoot it over to the right and then make the background a bit smaller so there's less open space.
Cute! I agree, make her hold onto the E all the way at the top where it starts, that way she can cover even some of it like the girl is doing in the original siggy. I also think her face cut out could be bigger so it covers more of the name in width. And I think her name would look cute in bevel.
The top of her head in the larger cutout is a bit 'rough'. I'd take a large soft eraser brush and go around the edges to make it more rounded and smooth. Try saving your siggies in .jpg instead of .png because then you could make the size larger without sacrificing the quality.
I would also put "little girl" and "is turning 4" on the same line, right under her name and make them in the same font, and then centre the date underneath that.
