Its really easy to make! Marinate your chicken ( you can do it for as short as two hours but our's went all day since John started it yesterday morning) in a cup of chunky Italian dressing and red vinegar. I don't remember how much vinegar though, I'd have to ask John. Then spray your pan or cooking surface (we have a cast iron grill thing) with Pam type stuff and cook.

Umm, Fried squash patties, fried potatoes, pinto beans and cornbread. Supper! Yummy!
Trish, I make a chicken sorta like yours. It is called Italian Chicken and all I do is marinated the chicken in Zesty Italian Dressing and then put a piece of Provolone Cheese on top of each chicken breast and bake or grill! Yours sounds so delicious! I usually make pasta salad to go with mine!
