so i ordered hunter's halloween costume, but..................................... i change my mind LOL and it hasnt even came in the mail yet LOL (so anyone who is interested in it, lemme know! its the shark costume i posted in the Halloween thread i made some days ago)

so we are going to go with the White Rabbit character from Alice in Wonderland. and i got all that i need.. only thing i cant find (i have to buy seperatly bc i cant find a small enough costume of the White Rabbit, only in adults.. but im buying a rabbit costume, buying grey pants, a red shirt, and im going to make my own poncho that White Rabbit wore when the queen took him over and i found a 8in necklace clock for costume wear)
but what im missing, is this thing around his neck.. and i have NO idea what it is or called.. any insight on it??!?! or suggestions on how i could make one myself?!

I have no ideas for you but I think the rabbit idea is darling! Although that thing reminds me of of a tutu squished between two sheets of fabric. Yeah I know that makes little sense.
