How to Train Your Dragon

Have you seen it? I have, probably about 100 times in the 2 weeks we've owned it and no, I'm not exaggerating. We watch it daily at least, if not twice a day. My kids are OBSESSED! I bough Megamind hoping that would help, but NOPE! Its all about the dragons.

This may sound weird, but I'm not tired of it! It is seriously one of THE CUTEST movies I've ever seen. They are coming out with How to Train Your Dragon 2 in 2013, I can't wait!!

DH and I watched it in the theatre a few months back. We enjoyed it!

But no, I am not showing it to my kids

it took Veronika 3 times (!!!) to watch Finding Nemo before she stopped closing her eyes and begging us to hold her at every shark scene; but she loves the movie so much outside of the shark scenes that she kept asking we put it on anyway. Now, she is doing so much better with it.

But my kids are generally not into movies as much as other kids I've seen. Right now they only like 3 movies: Finding Nemo, Toy Story 3, and Polar Express. They tolerate Snow White but it's not a favorite. They much prefer TV shows over movies.

lol we have it in 3d.. I've seen it twice and we've had it for a while now. I would totally watch it multiple times though. it is seriously adorable!

I liked it, but I'm getting less and less into kids movies now, so I don't really feel the urge to watch it multiple times, but I will if presented with it

yeah we have it and helena LOVES it....but right now shes on a chicken little kick LOL i think we watched it 100x in the first 2 weeks we had it..

I want to show the kids, but I fear they would be scared. I started it one day and they both looked paniced. I think they will love it when they are a bit older. Jake especially, his room is done in dragons, castles and knights and he loves them.

We rented it from Redbox a couple weeks back, Seamus liked it (Kieran could careless

). He has toothless jammies that he likes.

Their favorite movie is Despicable Me though. I love the minions

The boys are OBSESSED with it... yet they've never seen it.

It was only showing in 3D here when it was in the theaters and the glasses give Zach a headache and Ryan refuses to wear them through the whole thing so we never went to see it. We're planning on getting it, we're just waiting for our refund first because we like to get the DVD/Blue Ray combo pack for the kids movies.
