I ordered some stuff off there last night and it won't let me download anything. It just says queued. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Kind of annoying as I would like the things I paid for.

Yes, but with other stores, not Shabby Pickle. It's especially annoying when I was doing one of my custom cards and the girl wanted it the next day.. and my graphics are "queued" or "pending", PITA!!!

I've had that happen before. I emailed them, and she fixed it for me within an hour.
You could also fb them, they work fast there as well.

Yeah I hear ya! I wanted the items last night and it's never happened to me before so I was like What the hell? And even now they are still pending.
Thanx! I emailed them through the site, I hope they get it soon, if not I will FB them.

Well I got a response almost immediately but apparently she's on her way to bed so she's not dealing with it until tomorrow. Nice.....

Wow, thats horrible customer service. I haven't shopped there in a while because I had some bad kit experiences there (I'd gotten a virus from one of them at one point)

She's reset them now. Her response back to me was horribly rude! All I had asked her was where she was from and expressed a little disappointment in having to wait another 12 hours or so but also told her it was okay and thanked her for her super quick response, she came back with a snappy response saying I cannot expect her to work ALL night. Well no, no I don't but I also know that it does NOT take many minutes to fix a problem like that, it's a simple log in and reset and she was still obviously on her computer so whatever, I got my stuff and I'll probably never shop there again, most of those designers I can find elsewhere anyways.
I've heard things about them before as well, and I remember when half the designers left and went to 9th and bloom as well although I never knew WHY they did I assume it was something to do with the owners attitude?

I just had that happen last week with Sweet Shoppe... The emails you recieve with the purchase information & then another one should have the download links that do work... In fact they didn't get back to me about my problem for 8 days... I'm glad I figured it out myself for most of it I don't think I could have waited for over 8 days to get what I paid for...

I quit shopping at Shabby Pickle after I had such a horrible time with them when my Mac crashed. They would only reset the links to my purchases from the previous month, for a cost. Problem was by the time I could actually redownload stuff and contacted them, there was only like ONE thing I could download, and there's no tell how many $100s I had spent there. I have to really (and I mean really) love something to buy it there now, even then 75% of the time I end up not buying it.

Wow really? I've never had such a slow response time. I will tell you a lot of times if one person is having problems there, generally more are, so the smart thing to do is check the forum to see if someone else has mentioned an issue.

I don't understand why most shops even have an expiry on products but even still, if my computer crashed and I lost all my stuff (which has happened before) I'd expect the store to reset the links, after all I paid for them, I should be allowed to have access to them. When I lost all my stuff most of the stores were really good about it and reset my links. However Kay Miller and NitWit required I repurchase all the kits I'd lost, I refused so I lost hundreds in kits I had purchased. Not a big deal to me now as I don't design like that anymore but back then it was quite upsetting.

I know that Shabby recently switched owners as well. a lot of people left and they brought in a bunch of new people. When she'd reset my links, it was a good year ago, and was nice to me. I haven't dealt with anyone new, but you're not the first person I've heard received less than stellar service. Boo them.

wow thats awful leasha while she's not expected to ''be at the computer all night'' i wouldn't think it was ok to buy something and have to wait for it to be reset at the end of the day you spent your money in her store...here its the customer is always right/priority....geez!
and to be quite honest shabby pickle has gone down hill with kits and releases lately i don't think i ve bought or seen anything in there that i ve bought or had to have!
