tonight i am making home made mashed taters, and porcupine meatballs...and i will probably cook up some green beans as well....

lol a porcupine meat ball is just ground beef you mix in an egg uncooked rice spices/seasonings and a little bit of tomato soup form it into balls and then cook it in tomato soup/water mixture for about an hour on the stove or i like to do it all day in the crock pot

ok for tonight and probably for the next YEAR we are having some kind of pork for dinner LMAO i just got our pig bck from the butcher and my freezer is now FULL!!!!!!!
