DS's school is now a K-8, so I would assume the middle schoolers have dances. My HS had dances. The usual Homecoming (which no one went to), ROTC Ball (February), Winter Formal (in January), & Prom (in May). I went to all of them once, except for Homecoming LOL

Nope they don't have dances for the elementary. I think that starts for maybe at 5th grade. We didn't have dances til around 7th grade when I was in school.
