It's raining here and cool and just gray and miserable. That's how I feel today too. Does your mood improve when the weather is nicer?

Well given where I live we very very very rarely have rain and when we do it's typically very late at night and gone by the morning. So we have a good 360 days of sunshine and pretty weather. But I lived in Louisiana for close to 5 years where it rained almost as much as it doesn't in Arizona and it never really affected my mood. Some days I just don't want to do much of anything but "veg" but I get that way on sunny days too.

So maybe sometimes but not often.

Yeah it does. But the opposite way for me lol. I prefer rainy overcast days. Me and the sun do not get along! So days it's "nasty" to everyone else, I'm happy! I LOVE IT! I keep trying to talk DH to moving us somewhere it rains more but he's more a sunshine type of guy!

Yes, the rain affects my mood. I like thunder storms especially at night, but When it's rainy and overcast all day I start to feel depressed.

The weather definitely affects my mood. It rained today and yesterday and I was so tired and lazy and just didn't want to do anything. I woke up this morning early and then after breakfast and a little cleaning up I went right back to bed and snoozed for another hour. ugh. I'm also 9 months pregnant so I'm sure that has someting to do with it. Winter months are the worst for me. I hate Jan-March. That has to be the worst time of the year.

I agree with Rose. I lived in Vegas for 23 years give or take and I'm sick of the sun.. I moved just south of Seattle and it rains a lot, I LOVE it! When it rains, I'm giddy lol.
