Afternoon, ladies. Holidays are over. No more rushing around. Kids are going back to school soon, if not already.

I have had a double dose of bad news this weekend. A close friend of mine miscarried at 8 weeks due to the placenta detaching. Second, my SIL, who's baby we new wouldn't make it was delivered Saturday afternoon, weighing in at 8 oz and was 9 inches long. The graveside service is tomorrow afternoon. So heartbreaking even though we knew this was going to happen.

Anyhoo, that's my crazy Monday news for ya!

What's going on in your neck of the woods this past weekend/this week??

Nothing major just everything back to the grindstone. I rush more outside of holidays because things like cub scouts take a break during the holidays so it's back to school, cub scouts, work, etc.

Now just hoping they can figure out how to stop my 4 1/2 week and counting period 'cause scarfing down iron pills and eating my weight in iron rich foods and drinking more water than I've ever had in my life is really starting to suck! On round 2 of meds, hopefully this round works!

Sorry to hear about your friend & SIL's losses! That's so hard, especially this time of year! Two of the ladies in my PR lost their babies in the last week, just breaks your heart!

And Meghan I sure hope you get that figured out soon! That kind of bleeding is soo frusterating! My sister and I both have issues in that area, it can be not only annoying but scary!

Oh I'm not scared...just TIRED although now that I'm taking 3 iron pills a day and a good 15 glasses of water I'm doing A LOT better. I've never had issues but I take my BC pills year round so I only have my period once every few years. Going to get an ablation done soon so hopefully I can be done with that as well as pills FOREVER. In the meantime I'm going broke in tampons LoL.
