Have you/will you take your GS'er to any haunted houses?

If so, do they like them or are they scared of it?

The city has one that I am hoping to take Joe and Jay to this weekend, DH isn't really "into" halloween as much as I am so he will happily stay at home with the little kids. We took Joe and Jay to the Haunted Woods when we lived in ID and it was SOO fun!

Have you/will you take your GS'er to any haunted houses? Yep, we did Knott's Scary Farm in California from 7:00 PM-2:00 AM, which are shows, haunted houses, and people around the park scaring you while you walk around as well. We went this past Saturday and had a blast!

If so, do they like them or are they scared of it? Both. He gets scared but that's the whole point and part of the fun. We took him last year and he begged to go back this year so it was obviously enjoyable for him. Had a blast again this year!

At the rate my kids are going, they will probably be 40 years old before they go to their first haunted house! They get scared super easily. Even decorations in people's yards scare my kids! This is a hard time of the year.

They have one here: HISTORY AND HERITAGE TRAVEL IN WEST VIRGINIA | TRANS-ALLEGHENY LUNATIC ASYLUM I want to go to, but I wouldn't take my 2 GS'ers to. I would take my 2 teenagers and possibly my 12 yr old.

right now? No Nichole would not like it. She sais she would but she would get scared and it would not end at the park. She is not afraid of stuff (new situations, people, rides ect but tells me the vampire costumes are too scary) so I wouldn't make her go.

Ernest cannot stand anything scarry. He has a fit over just hearing Michael jackson's Thriller. To see the video he screams at the top of his lung. We stay far away from anything scarry.

We went to one last night, and Beth (6) liked it but the other kids were all scared. It was very scary...I'm not sure what I was thinking. I'm sure my three year old is going to need therapy after being chased by the clown from "It."
