Do your kids lose things at school often?

Have you had to visit the lost and found yet?

Joe has, twice.. for Jayden of course! He lost both his sweater and his lunch box, neither were at the lost & found though =(

No, not this year. I have made him do extra chores to pay me for things he has lost in the past so he has learned that it isn't such a good idea to lose track of his stuff. Luckily in the past anything he has forgotten/misplaced has always turned up in the lost and found. But haven't needed to check there this year thankfully.

This year it took him all of a day to have a new jacket taken by another student. I went in the next day and I saw almost the exact same coat only my sons didn't have a hood.

I don't get how some parents can see their kid come home in the wrong coat and keep it.

Mine are pretty good. Natalie loses her lunch box but it's usually in her classroom.

My DS has ADHD and he forgets his things all the time. They don't always end up in the lost and found, but I have had to look for his jacket and gloves in there already this year. He also lost his agenda and I actually found it in his desk. My DD is good and Isabelle usually comes home with extra things that don't belong to her. LOL
