Will you be doing any special to celebrate the 4th of July?

We have a family picnic to attend. Well actually 2. Then we'll go see the fireworks.

We have a neighborhood parade with games and a grill out. The fire department opens a fire hydrant so the kids can run through. They also have an old fashioned fire trucks that they have rides on. Later on we will probably stay home and watch the fireworks....you can see some from the house. We'll do sparklers and those pop things. It's just too hot for us to go to the fireworks.

Not really. Just going to go to fireworks as long as it isn't storming/windy. Hubby and I both work, so he won't be around for fireworks, but I will take our kiddo to a free display.
