I need so advice/help.
My daughter is 6 and had until this point been a fairly good sleeper (once she is sleeping). Recently she has been waking up in the middle on the night and going to watch TV, color, or play. She does not wake my husband or myself up but just goes and plays/watches TV for an hour or so and then falls back to sleep. The problems is that she is exhausted when she has to get up in the morning to go to daycare.

Any suggestions on what to do? A lot of the time, the only way we know she has been up is when we find her sleeping in the livingroom or in the middle of her coloring material.

I don't have any advice, but last night I came home from work at 3am and my son (who will be 6 on the 25th) was on the couch. The t.v was off, so he didn't turn it on, but he's not one to come downstairs and do something like that. He didn't go into the bedroom to look for either one of us cause the door was closed.

Is she napping during the day at all? I really don't have much advice other than to try to get her really tired before bed. My 6 yr old still wakes up sometimes at night, sometimes to pee and sometimes he's just sleep walking. We try to be sure he's pretty worn out by bedtime and those nights he tends to sleep through to morning.
