Anyone else playing sports this fall? Matt and Beth are playing soccer, and I will be coaching for Matt's team. Last year I coached for both of them, but this year they are in different age groups. Next year they'll be be back together again. Practices start at the end of August. I can't believe summer is almost over!

Arianna cheers for football. She'll then go right into competitive cheer. They started practice the end of July & had their week long camp this week.

Beth did cheerleading last year as well, during basketball season. She loved it and would like to do it again. It's not competitive or anything though...just for fun really.

Ari loves cheering. She's been doing it since she was 7. She's been doing the competition part for going on 3 years..it's nothing to serious- she likes it.

Now my youngest (she's 6), did cheer last fall. Wasn't her cup of tea. We're trying dance again this fall.

Yep, my son does either baseball or flag football. Will probably be flag football again this year. He (and I too) enjoyed that it was right after school, FAR cheaper than baseball and games were in the mornings. Our "fall" sports are still played in 85-105 degree heat for the first portion of them so having the games in the AM's worked out nicely. He plays in the spring as well.
