When we got lice I started to think maybe it was some other family members but think they probably
didn't tell anyone of the family in fear of a freak out reaction from me and our Mom as I'm known to highly overact so bad that I get into anxiety attacks.

Now, I did mention it to all the other family members except for one of our families due to one of the member in that family has high rage so even tho they have been exposed before we found out about the lice and then before we found out about the reinfestation.

So would there be any people you wouldn't tell ?

No, you NEED to tell anyone who was exposed closely before (within a few weeks) or during or prior to it being 100% gone. No different than a disease that someone was exposed to. Lice are HIGHLY contagious and to prevent the spread you need to tell EVERYONE that you know you were in contact with 3-4 weeks prior to you find out as well as during, and any short amount of time after. It's a health risk, same as anything else. You also need to notify your child's school.

Exactly what she said. Everyone needs to know. I had an issue with a child consistently getting it last year she swore it was at school ..which could have been, it just wasn't anyone in my class. Here she was getting it from a cousin but this family member never said one word about having the lice. It's a frustrating situation when your child keeps getting it and you can't figure out where it comes from. Everything & everyone around them needs to be looked @ and treated.

Wish I could but there is huge high recommendation to not tell this one family even recommended by our Mother to not share that information because he is already so angry at me that he would even be More Highly Angry then he would be more scary to be around this person rage at someone can be so bad that e could punch a hole into the wall or door that would be so deep and not even hurt his hands.

He would probably not even want to see us or let us see his family again in fear as he told me over that even tho he's never been inside our home says he will never go inside there because he doesn't want to get an infested disease which answered my question why they never touched my homemade desserts because they have a belief my place is incredibly dirty.

Well I hate to break it to them..but lice infest in "clean hair". That's why once you've had it or if you don't want it they recommend putting oil in your hair/hairspray. That way the hair is "dirty" and lice do not infest in this type of hair. So obviously this family member is not very educated..and neither are your other family members who are telling you not to tell.

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but regardless of their reaction or the consequence, they need to be notified. It's a pulic health risk in not doing so. If they choose not to be around you after that, well that's their choice. It is your responsibility to notify everyone you were in contact with.
