So proud of my kiddo this quarter. He was on the Dean's Honor Roll with all subjects being a 94% or higher, including his advanced math class and a 100% in orchestra. He received wonderful praise for classroom behavior, and far surpassed his AR reading goal without any dragging of his feet.
This after his grades had started slipping, getting him to read AR books was a fight, and he no longer wanted to go to school because of his other teacher last quarter.
SO glad we changed his classroom and not one single regret at all. He's back to loving going to school, and doing well like he always has, and he really likes his teacher.
