This is the first year our school system has done this and I don't like it. We get out Friday, December 22 at 3pm and go back on Jan 8 or 9. We used to get out the 16 or around that time and back Jan 6 or 8. I don't like this new schedule because we have Saturday and then Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

my son gets out Dec 23rd and goes back right after new years. our school doesnt give long breaks but they also get out early at the end of the year so theres one good thing about it lol.

Here (Georgia) we get out on the 19th and go back on the 8th. It is a long break, but we are on modified year around schooling. I am getting used to it.

Marissa's last day is the 15th of December. They go back on the 2nd or 3rd of January!

Ditto half day on the 22nd and go back aroudn the 8th if I am not mistaken. I sort of wish they had the week before xmas too but it's the way it falls this year on a Monday. Oh well.....

Tabitha got on Dec 15th and she doesn't have to go back till Jan 3rd.

My kids got out 2 hours early on Friday (12-22) and go back RIGHT after New Year's.
