Hey, everyone! I am planning a home birth and my midwife has agreed to a water birth (she has done a few in the past with other clients). Is a midwife sufficient, or is there any sort of other professional that I would need at the birth? I don't want to ask my midwife since I don't want to offend her. Also, I purchased an inflatable hot tub thing from PoolGearPlus just for the occasion, since it seemed like the most practical way to go. I am so excited!!!
If you want to have a home birth, and you want other to assist you, maybe, you can ask your friend if they have a friend who is a doctor. You can ask them, if their doctor’s friend is available and willing to assist you.
