Here is my tater topped casserole very easy and quick to make.

1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup milk 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans) 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 lb. (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) frozen bite-size seasoned potato nuggets Make ItHEAT oven to 375F.

BROWN meat with onions in large skillet, stirring occasionally; drain. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole.

MIX soup and milk; pour over meat mixture; top with layers of remaining ingredients.

BAKE 45 min. or until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is heated through.

That tator tot casserole sounds so easy. Thanks for sharing that!

I make meatballs, meatloaf, nachos, taco pie, burgers, and chili. And sometimes use it for a meat sauce for spaghetti/lasagna.

That casserole sounds awesome!!

I make mini meatloves... which is basically a meatloaf recipe but prepared in patties as individual servings... and I broil them. Before DH became and old man and got high blood pressure (hes only 29!), I would wrap a piece of bacon around the patty and secure it with a toothpick... amazing... dh's fav dish.

I also make chili, spaghetti w/ meatballs, lasagna (half beef, half italian sausage), tacos, enchiladas, ...um.. bbq cups. (its biscuit dough, placed into a muffin tin, ground beef with bbq sauce and topped with cheddar and baked.. kids LOVE them)

I have many recipes... ground beef is my go to meat when in a hurry.. so I just make things up. I.e the mini meatloaves and the bbq cups. IVe also done the cups and used mini pepperonis, pizza sauce and cheese... still a kid fav!

Ooh you could try a bacon cheeseburger pizza. thats different and yummy.
