Do you have guests for dinner often? What types of meals do you/would you make for them?

Never.
But I could cook just about anything. LOL. Roast and veggies, pasta... I'd probably get creative.

We have a friend or two over from time to time.
I'm having a guest over Monday. I'm thinking of making Moraccan Lemon Chicken, tri-color rotini pasta, and a veggie.

We have 2 couples that we are really close with and do dinner together pretty often. Its usually really, really casual and after Greyson goes to bed. I dont feel like I can say its 'entertaining' when we are in pajama pants... lol I make soups, cassaroles, or we grill... it varies but I usually just try to make enough to feed 4 or 6 hungry people.

Rarely do we have people over, but we do occasionally. We usually grill some home grown steaks and pair that with home grown (put up) sweet corn and baked potatoes.

Once a month or so we have people over, nothing big, but I like to make a nice spread. I prefer to make smaller items, and have lot. I try to stick to a theme of sorts, Indian, Chinese, Thai, etc.... or all cold foods, spicy foods, red foods, green foods, etc.

Ditto.
About once a month we invited friends or other soldiers from Chris' unit over for dinner. I also try and stick to a theme. The last one was more or less steak house. I usually go with a main protein two starched and 3 veggies plus dessert and wine (with the steak house "theme" it was beer). The next one I plan on making mexican (my fave and I rarely have reason to go all out with that theme).
