If he's not working, he can cook. If he is working, he'd bring home take out. He works 10.5 hours a day and sleeps pretty much the rest.

Chris cooks. He has no problem stepping up and cooking if I'm not feeling well.

We would live off frozen meals, hamburger helper, eggs, and take out... He works really long hours and has a very physical job so he is beat when he gets home.

Depends on how tough of a day DH has had with the kiddo. He's been much better about cooking lately, but we still end up with a lot of frozen foods. Been trying to curb the take out though.

He grocery shops and cooks occasionally now, so if I completely stepped out, he'd totally pick up the responsibility.

He's a relative health freak (with room for steak and beer), so aside from the occasional Subway run, we'd be fast-food free.

DH would pick up the slack! He's not the greatest cook, but he cooks, and that's enough. He's also very good about what to go out and pick up!

I'm jealous of you ladies with husbands who cook! I'm sure that comes in handy sometimes!
