What would you like to get better at? A certain dish? Baking? Ethnic food? Proportions? Timing?

I need to get better at sauces. I usually end up frustrated and having DH take over.

I'm also bad about stepping away for a second and having pasta stick.

This is something I've gotten good at. It's an awesome skill to have. A lot of times I will look at several recipes first, though.

I'm actually a chef, so those things aren't a big issue for me. My big issue is home cooking... I over do! 4 people and I could easily feed 8. I have to cut back! I have such an issue cooking for a small amount.

I can't bake, but it's not something that I am really interested in but I'd like to understand it better

For me I tend to be overly conservative and I'm working on changing that. I get concerned about over seasoning to the point that I under season.
