Just to be clear, we're talking food here, right? (being a cooking board and all)

Poulet Basquaise (Basque style chicken)

4 tbsp peanut oil
4lbs chicken breasts
3/4 c. dry white wine
salt, pepper, sugar
1 bay leaf
4 sprigs parsley
1/2 lb each green & red pepper
1 lb each onions and tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp thyme

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a dutch oven. Brown chicken pieces. Add wine, season with salt and pepper. Tie thyme, bay leaf and parsley in a small piece of cheesecloth, add to chicken. Cover dutch oven and bake in 325* oven for 25 minutes. While chicken is cooking, cut peppers in large julienne, slice onions, and peel, seed and slice tomatoes, also julienne. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add vegetables and garlic, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Cook briskly until all moisture has evaporated. Remove chicken from oven. Remove chicken from oven, and add vegetables and either set aside until 45 minutes before serving, or return to oven. Cook, covered, 40 minutes. Arrange chicken on platter, cover with vegetables, garnish with parsley.

((or you can be lazy like me, and not brown the chicken, and just throw it all in a crock pot. I didn't have red pepper or an extra tomato, and I used chicken stock instead of wine))

lol. I recomend buying a ziploc bread pan (the glass ones). they perfectly hold those noodles and make four servings. Perfect for a small household!
