I saw the other recipe and it looks yummy, but I have one I'd like to share.
potato chips (plain, works best for me when I use ruffles)
Those are the only two ingredients.
Smash the chips until they're pretty small (but not ground). Dip tenders into smashed chips and bake. They have a great taste and great crunch. The ruffles give me the best crunch and you could even use the baked kind if you want even less fat, but using the white meat, baking instead of frying the chicken and even the chips are all much less fat and bad things for you than traditional chicken nuggets
