We always have a good mustard for dh, yellow mustard and ketchup for when the kids are here (and yes, I eat ketchup on my scrambled eggs ) and hot sauce for whatever. We sometimes have mayo but it isn't what I'd call a staple around here.
I use olive oil in a lot of things too. I also have balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar and white wine vinegar.
We usually have bleu cheese dressing but we mainly use it for nights we do wings, and right now there's a bottle of caesar dressing because I was craving it last week.
Ugh, our fridge door is a mess and bursting at the seams... We usually have Ranch, and another salad dressing but it rotates, spicy mustard for me, yellow mustard for him. We also have teriyaki and fajita sauce/marinades, green tobasco-for eggs!, sweet chili sauce, parmesan cheese, soy sauce, apple butter, jelly, and creamer
