Hello, ladies! I just found this board (noticed it in the spotlighted boards) and would like to join in. My name is Jenny, I'm 29. My hubby, Scott, is 35. No kids yet, but we are trying for our first. I love to cook, and I waste a lot of time looking for new recipes We entertain occasionally, usually football parties or barbecues. Looking forward to learning from and sharing with you ladies!

Welcome! We just started a 52 weeks of cooking challenge a couple days ago. Feel free to join that too!

I'm Augie and am the host of the board. I'm not on a huge amount right now due to having surgery this past weekend. Both my husband and I LOVE to cook. In fact, the 52 weeks of cooking was his idea.

Thanks! I read about your surgery - so sorry for your loss and hope you start feeling better soon! I was hoping I could jump right in to the cooking challenge, as I just happened to make a quiche for dinner last night before even seeing the egg theme

Thank you. It seems like it's going to be a long recovery, but that could just be that it's driving me crazy not being able to do anything for myself.
