Do you enjoy baking?

I do enjoy baking! Just haven't had much time to do it lately. I think the last thing I baked were some pumpkin cookies and that was back in November for Thanksgiving.

Chris is the baker in our house. I'll do it, but he actually enjoys it and is really good at it.

I HATE baking. I suck at it. That's why I went on to be a chef, not a baker. Much respect to bakers. Chef's can be sloppy, food is forgiving and easily altered. Baking is a science, an exact science. Many a baked good has been destroyed by me.

This, exactly. I still enjoy baking (the last thing I made was a cake for my oldest dsd last week -- it was a boxed recipe because I was short on time, but I did find time to make real buttercream icing at least ) and I try to do it often, but I do love that I can be more freewheeling when I cook. I don't really work off of recipes (I skim them for technical instructions I may be forgetting, mostly) when I cook, but everything in a baking recipe is there to serve a purpose and there isn't a lot of room for error.

I'm comfortable making muffins, cakes, cheesecakes, most cookies, etc. I haven't made my own bread since culinary school but I would like to get back into it.

I made some chocolate chip cookies the other day. I do enjoy baking but don't do it super often because it get pricey being grain free. I need to start ordering stuff in bulk online or something.
