I saw the title of this topic and thought, "That's so weird! Someone on my Facebook was just asking about collard greens!"

And then I realized that was you.

I don't have any good ideas (I've never done much with collard greens) but I'll hang around to see what these other ladies have.

When I'm stuck, I go with allrecipes.com They have a lot, and the reviews can often let you know if it's worth your time. The ingredient search is helpful, too, if you have things you don't know what to do with (and you can search for things you DON'T want to include).
The Lesha likes this.

supercook.com is another good one. Put in the ingredients you have and it'll tell you what you can make with it.

And no one on FB had any ideas either! lol So far what I have found is cooking them down with bacon, garlic, and onion. And really, what isn't great when cooked with bacon?? lol We'll see how it goes!

If I'd have seen this I could have gotten you a recipe. A friend of mine lived in South Carolina and her man of the minute was a huge fan.
