there is no such thing. When he's not working we eat two dinner and a snacky meal each day. When he is working he gets sandwiches... I usually don't bother eating.

Leftovers. A lot of the time though we have breakfast pretty late so it isn't unusual for it to be more of a snack. Something like sliced apples or bananas with almond butter and/or hard boiled eggs. Sliced up meat. Stuff like that.
