Leftovers, almost always. Sandwiches if there are none, but we usually don't even have bread in the house.

ditto. This is the only time of day that we really use pre-packaged food

When I was working/when I go back to work I have an early lunch. It's usually a Sheetz sub.

When I'm home it's usually leftovers. Sometimes I might cook something, but it's just me so I don't do that often.

I work full time. So I normally fix a sandwich and that's it.

Leftovers. A lot of the time though we have breakfast pretty late so it isn't unusual for it to be more of a snack. Something like sliced apples or bananas with almond butter and/or hard boiled eggs. Sliced up meat. Stuff like that.
