I was thinking about making my DH's favorite meal for supper tomorrow. Grilled Ribeye steak, Twice baked potatoes, and Home Grown sweet corn. I think I will also make some chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.

With everyone being sick this weekend nobody wanted to eat so all the meals planned those nights got pushed back. We're having a stew from the crock pot so the meat doesn't go bad, otherwise I would have lol

Last night we had some things to do in the evening that made us decide we wanted to push our special dinner to tonight. We also had fondue over the weekend (we do a cheese with veggies and sometimes bread and then a chocolate with fruit later on in the evening ) and it was delicious. It's fun because dh always makes the cheese/chocolate dip and I cut the veggies/fruit, and we just hang out and have fun preparing together. We get special cheeses and my goodness, my dh can make a fabulous cheese fondue.

I wanted to cook him something special too, so tonight I'm doing a stuffed pork tenderloin, wrapped in bacon and with a an asiago spinach filling. I think I'm also going to do roasted red potatoes and a spinach salad with a home made vinaigrette. My stuffed pork tenderloin is dh's favourite meal and it was also the first meal I ever cooked for him, so it has some sentimental value too.
