Recently, we've cut way back on soda and have started to be a little more mindful of portion sizes.
Other than that, we eat balanced, home cooked meals. We make sure we get a lot of vegetables, protein and fibre. I use whole grains and try to minimize processed foods.
Snacks in the evenings are really our biggest downfall right now.

We'll get to that, though. Right now, soda and portions are our big focuses.
