Recently, we've cut way back on soda and have started to be a little more mindful of portion sizes.

Other than that, we eat balanced, home cooked meals. We make sure we get a lot of vegetables, protein and fibre. I use whole grains and try to minimize processed foods.

Snacks in the evenings are really our biggest downfall right now. We'll get to that, though. Right now, soda and portions are our big focuses.

I have a problem with portion sizes. I've also realized that I can eat until i explode at dinner, and I'm going to be JUST as hungry before bed as if i'd eaten half as much at dinner.

i switched to diet soda, cut as much of my sugar out as possible, and will slowly try and wean down to water. I need to work on consistently drinking water too.

I'm also aiming to do a lot of walking. If the weather ever cooperates with me.

We've joined a gym and are working on our diet. (More veggies, less sugar and carbs.)

Don’t Eat Before Bed
Drink Plenty of Water
Cut Down On Your Favorite Foods
Exercise While You Diet
