What are the top five ingredients that you couldn't live without? Or that you have to buy every week and really miss if you don't.

Mine are:
1. Organic bell peppers from the farmers market (I can't eat them unless they are pesicide free)
2. Olive Oil
3. Quiona
4. Himalyan Crystal salt
5. Lime Juice (I seem to use it ALOT)

This one is kind of hard for me.....been thinking about it since it was posted. So far all I have come up with is:

Hamburger, milk and bread.

asparagus - can't leave the store without a bunch
some kind of oil/butter
chicken
garlic
broccoli

I was just talking about this this morning.

Bell peppers
Onions
Those two go in at least one meal a day.

Butter
Our proteins are pretty diverse
Normal veggies are fresh corn, brussels, and asparagus.
