Do you like to have other people in the kitchen helping you cook or do you prefer to cook alone?

I love working along-side DH in the kitchen.

I like to cook alone. Seems like if there is more than one person in our kitchen at a time then we are always running into each other. We have an open kitchen, dining, and living room so I can still visit with people while I cook though.

It depends on who it is and what I'm cooking. Fondue and picnic nights (which I guess have little cooking and more prepping) are ones dh and I do alongside one another and it's a lot of fun. Having more space helps - our old kitchen had so little counter space it was nearly impossible to have two people cooking anyway. I also like handling the side dishes while dh mans the grill.

Other people helping, eh... I'd rather them not because I'm a little particular. I don't mind if someone just hangs out with me though.
