Does anyone have any good wrap recipes?? I've never made wraps before. I'm not too big of a lettuce fan, so the less lettuce in the wrap the better for me.

I don't really make wraps (though I like them and probably should consider this. If you don't want lettuce, try some spinach or a nice spring mix in it's place.

I use spinach for that kind of thing all the time (although I don't do actual wraps often). Last week I made chicken ranch wraps with spinach and it was really yummy.

Are you willing to share your recipe?

There really wasn't a recipe, but I can try to recall everything I used.

I had chunked chicken and cooked that with some spices - s + p, garlic, chili powder and a touch of cumin. Other than that I kept it simple with some shredded cheese, spinach, diced tomatos, a little bit of ranch dressing and I also added a touch of sour cream (I was aiming for a slightly Tex-Mex feel). Dh had some salsa on his too (I just stuck with the normal diced tomatoes).

That chicken ranch wrap sounds yummy! I've never really tried just spinach before so may have to give that a try. Spring mix sounds like it would be good! Thanks for the suggestions!!!
