Liam, my youngest son, is having a Winnie the Pooh birthday next Saturday. I was all set to have Finding Nemo with a heavy turtle influence be Ryan's, my oldest son, birthday theme, but I am re-thinking it. UGH! Ryan's 1st birthday was turtles. 2nd - Elmo , 3rd - Mickey Mouse, and 4th - Backyardigans. I would like to not repeat. This will be Ryan's first party to invite school friends. Any ideas?
Ryan has Autism and his school friends all have special needs.
I am also brainstorming birthday themes as my dd's 6th birthday is only a little over a month away.
Some ideas that pop into my head right away are: Pirate theme (my dd's was inspired by Jake and the Neverland Pirates last year), Art party (My dd LOVES to draw, etc so I am giving this one a lot of thought), Cars (my ds's theme was cars this year), Play dough party. I will keep thinking and let you know of any more that I think of.
