First - what is a baked potato soup? Sounds delicious and ridiculously unhealthy lol!

Monday - We had Red Lentil Soup and rice
Tuesday - We were supposed to have Chicken Tortilla Soup but the power was out all day so it didn't happen.
Wednesday - Chicken tortilla soup!
Thursday - Pulled spiced turkey with homemade naan bread and wild rice, butter bean and carrot salad
Friday - Butter and honey pork tenderloin with a potato pie
Saturday & Sunday - I am assuming there's be enough leftovers to get us through the weekend if I can swing it that way!

8forus - Baked potato soup sounds yummy!!

one.juniper - Chicken tortilla soup sounds yummy too!

I wish my family liked soup more than they do. I might have to make them eat soup a couple days though! I would love to try the recipes if you are willing to share.

Friday: Slow cooker salisbury Steak P Mashed potatoes

Saturday: Apricot Pork Loin P , Butternut squash & rice P

Sunday: Corned Beef (I made myself!) red potaotoes, Cabbage adn carrots
