Do you generally have a lot of leftovers?
How long do you keep your leftovers before you throw them out?
How do you keep track of what leftovers you have so that they get eaten?

Do you generally have a lot of leftovers?
Yes - even when I make a small meal I still wind up with leftovers!

How long do you keep your leftovers before you throw them out?
Well, I freeze them in individual-sized portions and then dump those in a baggie. I started doing that when I finally got tired of throwing away so much food with it going bad before I could eat it all (since I'm usually the one eating the leftovers for lunches even though we have generally have a leftover night). Now I don't really have to throw anything out anymore.

How do you keep track of what leftovers you have so that they get eaten?
Dates on the leftover baggies in the freezer.

No, I always cook enough to consume all.

How long do you keep your leftovers before you throw them out?
As long as it is still good to eat.

How do you keep track of what leftovers you have so that they get eaten?
I just separate them from the fresh ones. Though often times, my DH and I eat the leftovers before they get spoiled; I wont risk feeding leftovers to my kids.

Do you generally have a lot of leftovers? Not really too many.
How long do you keep your leftovers before you throw them out? 2 weeks, except fish. I'll throw anything out earlier if it appears to be going bad.
How do you keep track of what leftovers you have so that they get eaten? I have a dry erase calendar on the fridge where I write down what we had for meals that day.
