I figured since i have been a Pin cooking fool I'd link my recipes and reviews here.
Tonight we had Chile Colorado burritos
I am not a fan of red enchilada sauce but cooking it with the meat tamed it. I loved the burrot browned in the oven. I was very happy adn full by dinner tonigt and it was so easy it is almost insulting to call this a recipe.
I tried this recipe a couple months ago. Yours look like they turned out much better. I either need to use a different brand of tortilla shell. My biggest mistake was probably making it and putting it in a 9x13 pan to finish it instead of just doing individual burritos. In the end, my tortillas were soggy. LOVED how the meat tasted though!
