Not only am i way to poor to eat out at Olive Garden, we don't have one local and who wants to eat there with a 4, 2 and 1 year old? So to satify my craving i made my fav dishes from Pinterest! Again i forgot to take a picture.

First course:

I was going to make the salad and then i thought why bother I just want to eat the treats in said salad so this what we made. i actually had my 4 year old make this. Our speers had feta cheese, black kalamata olives, grape tomatoes and salami on them.

recipes I wanna try / Antipasto Kabobs

Second Course: Zuppa Toscana

I had done this dis as a cook it once for the month I think when Beau was born but i never used the Kale. I have cooked this recipe twice now and it is very good.

Pins I have cooked / This delicious soup tastes even better than Olive Garden

Entre: chicken Scampi

Ok this turned out really yummy. I dare say it must have been massively caloric though.

recipes I wanna try / Olive Garden Chicken Scampi Recipe!

Looks yummy! I have a couple minestrone recipes that claim to be like Olive Garden's but haven't tried them yet. I tried a chicken alfredo recipe that claimed to be it....it was no where close! LOL!

It has been so long since I have been to Olive Garden I couldn't tell you if it was close or not! It was good though.
