Guy Fieri from Food Network is one of my celebrity crushes I was watching his show "Guy's Big Bite" and he had this recipe on it and it looked really good

Bo Peep Pie Recipe

You can make the "pie" by itself or top it with the Asiago Mashed Potatoes recipe that is included at the end of the "pie" recipe which is what he did in the show. I'll be doing that. Not sure if i'll be doing the roasted garlic that is also attached...haven't decided yet on that or if i will subsitute powder or something...i hate cooking with actual garlic as its sticky and way too strong smelling we'll see how ambitious i am and as a bonus veggie he made
My Brother Brussels which i think i want to try as well. Might as well go all out on it myself i've never had brussel sprouts that i can remember so it'll definitely be something new for me, i don't expect anyone to make this though, just adding it on since it was part of the show. I'll get my supplies and probably make it sunday night. Enjoy ladies!
