East Coast style Steak....yummy!

I normally buy Prime Rib or New York Strip..Thick cut...yummy!

Take a skillet (Frying pan for those who may not know)

Add some olice oil...maybe a table spoon or.

Take your steak and beat it with a fork..stabbing it...I like to use a fork over a tenderizer since the fork pierces the meat.

Take some meat tenderizer seasoning and add to both sides and rub in...you can add a little black pepper too if you wish.

Place in hot skillet (on medium heat) and cover...do not turn until the bottom is browned, then turn and until that side is browned or blackened slightly. This makes for some VERY tender and well done steak that will melt in your mouth! Its better than any steakhouse!

Easy Asian Beef and Noodles--from Cooking Light magazine

1 (8oz) rib-eye steak
1 tsp dark sesame oil, divided
1 cup (1") sliced green onions (scallions)
2 cups prepackaged coleslaw
1 packages of beef-flavored ramen noodle soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tb low-sodium soy sauce

1. Trim fat from steak and cut diagonally across grain into thin slices. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add steak and onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Remove steak mixture from pan; keep warm.
3. Heat 1/2 tsp oil until hot. Add slaw; stir-fry 30 seconds. Remove slaw from pan; keep warm.
4. Remove noodles from packaging; reserve 1 seasoning packet for another use. Add the water and remaining seasoning pack to pan; bring to a boil. Break noodles in half; add noodles to water mixture.
5. Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in steak mixture, slaw and soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
