Here's a recipe that's great for the holidays and weight watchers so I thought I'd share

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes:

Ingredients:
 1 pkg spice cake mix
 1 (15oz) can unsweetened mashed pumpkin
 ˝ cup egg substitute
 1 cup powdered sugar
 1 tbsp orange juice

Preheat oven to 350

Place muffin cup liners in 24 muffin cups. Combine cake mix, pumpkin, and egg substitute in a large bowl. Beat on low speed until blended; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Bake for 18 minutes then let cool.

Combine powdered sugar and orange juice in small bowl. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Dip tops of cupcakes in glaze.

Each cupcake is only 2 points!

I've not made this I just saw it posted on another board and thought I'd stick it up here

Here's a recipe for a quick chocolate cake in a mug that's easy to make anytime!

1 coffee mug

4 Tbsp. cake flour (plain, not self-rising)

4 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbsp. milk

3 Tbsp. oil

Small splash of vanilla

3 Tbsp. chocolate chips, optional

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well with a fork.

Add egg, mix thoroughly.

Pour in milk and oil and vanilla, mix well.

Add chips, if using.

Put mug in microwave, and cook for three minutes.

Cake will rise over top of mug--do not be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little; tip onto a plate if desired.

If you need your chocolate/sweet fix, THESE are the ticket!

Nestle's Layer of Love Brownies

Ingredients
•3/4 cup all-purpose flour
•3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut in pieces
•1/2 cup granulated sugar
•1/2 cup packed brown sugar
•3 large eggs, divided
•2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•1 cup chopped pecans (I use walnuts too, or no nuts at all)
•3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
•1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
•3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking pan.

COMBINE flour, cocoa and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Reserve 3/4 cup batter. Spread remaining batter into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle nuts and white morsels over batter. Drizzle caramel topping over top. Beat remaining egg and reserved batter in same large bowl until light in color. Stir in semi-sweet morsels. Spread evenly over caramel topping.

BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

I made these yummy oreo truffles for the party and they were super super easy!

3 ingredients-

*1 bag of oreos
* 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
*8ounces dark chocolate

in a food processor, finely crush all of the oreos, except 6
mix cookie crumbs with the 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
put in fridge for an hour
take a cookie sheet and spray with non-stick spray
then roll up the cream cheese/cookie mix into 1 inch sized balls
melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every minute.
dip the balls in the chocolate

- then take the 6 cookies you set aside and cut them into 1/2 inch slivers and top those on the chocolate truffles... put in fridge for an hour to cool & serve.
