Food to Live By
By Myra Goodman

Myra Goodman is the owner of Earthbound Farms, and she is a client of my dad's. My dad owns an organic landscaping company in the Monterey area and does the landscape of the Goodman's personal residense.

It is honestly the best cookbook I own. The food is easy, fun to make, and wonderful! I'm not a big cooker, but it inspires me to try new things.

I've just started to get really interested in eating super healthy things. Thanks for posting this - I'll have to look her book up!

I was at a friend's house last week and she kept telling me about this book. Then I came back home and completely forgot the title and author. Thanks for reminding me, I'll definitely check it out!

Cook Yourself Thin (forgot the authors name!)

I love to cook and have tons of time to do it but some of the recipes can be a bit lengthy if you're pressed for time. I like that they have a healthy spin on a lot of things that we eat at home.
